Employment Step
 1.Paper Screening:
Examines the contents of the application in detail and judges if it is fitted for the job.
2.1st Working-level Interview:
Executes the 1st working level interview by the working level such as the head of the relevant team to examine the suitability for the job.
3.1st Humanity Interview:

Executes by the officers to examine the suitability for the company and potentiality to grow
5. 3rd Conclusive Interview/Physical Examination:
Discuss the entrance schedule and working condition. Final conclusion of the employment is decided after verification of the physical state through the physical examination.
